Temporary experimental feature:

(set! *rtlgen/omit-internal-interrupt-checks?* #T)

omits interrupt checks on next-, alt-, cons-, and receiver-
procedures.  It does not correctly recalculate the stack depth and
allocation or any other info.  Default is #F.
