Added *pp-auto-highlighter*.

When *pp-auto-highlighter* is #F (the default) pp behaves as before.

When assigned a procedure of one argument this procedure is called for
each part of the input tree.  It may return:

 . #F  indicating that pp should proceed normally

 . a new form which is pretty printed instead of the input, for
   example, it may be wrapped with a highlight.
