* Added new graphics-device-type protocol - use 'X instrad
of x-graphics-device-type
* generalized X-IMAGE.  The CRAETE-IMAGE operation now returns
  an IMAGE.  To get the orginal X-IMAGE, use
  (image/descriptor IMAGE)
* to draw image, use
   (graphics-operation device 'draw-image x y image)
