GET-OUTPUT-FROM-ACCUMULATOR should return the internal accumulator

GET-OUTPUT-FROM-ACCUMULATOR should return the internal accumulator
string, rather than copying the string to a new one.  Since the
internal accumulator is discarded, this is not a problem, and offers
significant efficiency gains.
