Turned on optimization for worthwhile files:

  gcloop.c:   test gc improved from 1.71s to 0.84s.
  fasload.c:  fasloading large files is 20% faster.

(Of course, debugging problems in these areas will be hell, unless
they optimizations are (trivially) turned back off).
