Use the new, flying <glx-viewport> and draw a shaded terrainmap.

Add a label to the terrain window showing position, altitude and
heading.  Also convert request-google-elevation to
request-google-elevationS, which loops making a request every 60
seconds, and add a jasper-seamount procedure.
