Make Monkey's a user (not system) account.

For restore purposes it is nice to have a handy list of owners of
files in =/home/=, so we try to keep =/home/= wholly user owned.
Monkey owns significant portions of =/home/=, =/Shared/=, =/WWW/=,
etc.
