Fix uri->pathname too, just for completeness.

(uri->pathname (pathname->uri "./file")) does not signal an error, but
it does not produce the same directory component as (->pathname
"./file").  Now (pathname=? (->pathname "./file") (uri->pathname...))
is #t, at least on Unix(?).
