Added READ-IMAGE-FROM-2BINT-FILE
2BINT := putw(nrows),putw(ncols), followed by
2byte integers (high order byte first).
Saves half space of previous CBIN-images (putw stores 4 bytes).
At some point I will throw away the old
read-image-from-cbin-file. --pas
