Subject: [PATCH] When deciding whether a keystroke is interesting enough to
 translate manually, ignore NUMLOCK or SCROLLLOCK.  Previously if either of
 these were depressed, it would force manual translation.  Also: raise trace
 level for some common but uninteresting message types.
