Grandma Birkholz and Matt's youngest sister, Jennifer, joined us for some touring of County Clare. We stayed in Ennis.

The town of Ennis, County Clare, in western Ireland.
Similar to areas of New England, the roads were made before cars.
Ennis Friary, founded around 1240.
Our medieval banquet at Bunratty Castle.
As no utensils are provided, a good bib is a must!
Lovely traditional entertainment filled the evening.
And to finish off the meal, a good hit of snuff.
